Our New Vice President of Member Services
Thomas Tyndall adds 34 years of member service experience to the Co-op.
Thomas Tyndall III was recently awarded the position of Vice President of Member Services, after having served as Member Services Administrator for over a year. As Member Services Administrator, Tyndall led the Member Services department, which included the call center, key accounts program, energy efficiency program, and overseeing regional member service management.
As Vice President of Member Services, Tyndall will be managing and overseeing the Co-op’s overall member service experience, including the Co-op’s future broadband customer service division.
Tyndall joined Choptank Electric on July 24, 1986, as an Operations Field Helper.
Four years later, he made a move to the Member Services department on May 1, 1990, as a Member Service Advisor. In 2008, Tyndall stepped into the emerging field of energy efficiency, as Choptank Electric’s official Energy Program Coordinator.
“My goal is to enhance the positive member service experience with the member-owners of the Cooperative by responding timely to their questions and concerns and resolving their issues to the complete satisfaction of the member and the Cooperative. I am certain we can achieve this goal with a well-trained and experienced Member Services team,” said Tyndall.
