Is Your Bill Late? You Have Options!
Due to the holiday bustle, the mail has been slow – and many members are not receiving their bills on time! If this happens to you – Choptank Electric offers multiple ways for members to receive additional notifications about their bill and convenient ways to pay.
Here’s what you can do:
- Sign up for SmartHub, our online bill payment service – Don't like to pay online? No problem! You can still sign up for SmartHub and review your bill on the go, monitor your energy usage, report outages, PLUS pay your bill, and so much more!
- Go Paperless – going paperless doesn’t mean that you have to pay online, it just means you get an email notification instead of a paper bill in the mail.
- Sign up for Auto Pay – there are two ways that members can “set it and forget it.” We offer recurring credit card options for Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX; and automatic bank draft.
